I first encountered Celine and George when they helped a family member with the purchase and sale of their homes. When it was my turn to purchase my first home, they were the only ones that came to mind when considering who I wanted for my agent(s). We kicked off the search as the pandemic had everything in a frenzy, which they seamlessly navigate their way through, from conducting highly informative virtual consultations and working through everchanging protocol for in-person house showings, and trying to find the perfect home in uncertain market conditions. It was, admittedly, a very stressful time, but having this team beside me in this process made all the difference. Definitely have a lot of gratitude for their expertise and professionalism, and even more appreciation for their positivity and fun demeanor over the months that we worked together. They had actually been successful in securing my first escrow before I walked away, and guided me through numerous offers that had me in top contention against other purchasers. When we finally caught wind of the house that would end up to be my future, now current, home, the entire team was very quick to get onboard. Kelven got the ball rolling as my showing agent during a last minute scheduling, while Celine and George stayed on top of the short deadline for offer and counteroffer submission. Before we were even halfway through the week, we found ourselves in escrow. Escrow was not exactly smooth sailing due to external factors, but Celine and George were pros at communicating and keeping things rolling. It's been a while since they handed my keys over to me, but the great thing about them is how they regard their clients. When business is said and done, you'll end up feeling like you've made lifelong friends. - KH

I would give the Li Group 11 stars if I could!! They are absolutely amazing to work with. Being first time home buyers, they guided my husband and I through the process with patience and sincerity. They first set up a consultation with us to go through the entire home buying process so we knew what to expect. Things move fast, so they wanted to give us the info beforehand. They answered all our questions for over an hour! They then asked us to send them some homes we were interested in and set up open home appointments 2 days later that weekend! They were empathetic with us when we lost our first bid, but continued being our cheerleader and told us to be persistent and not give up. Once we got our offer accepted, they supported us throughout the entire escrow process. We ran into some tough situations, but we felt like they truly had our best interests at heart (especially during the negotiation phase!) and we never felt pressured to do anything. One of our favorite things about them is that they would never suggest we do anything they wouldn't do. They went through the process a couple years ago, so they know exactly how we're feeling! They felt like close friends looking out for us. We closed with ease and they are still there for us now! They were so patient with us, and answered all our questions really quickly - day or night. George, Celine and their newest addition to their team, Kelven, have been extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. My wife and I were first time homebuyers facing all the anxiety and struggles of finding a home in a super competitive market post-Covid and the Li Group guided us through it all with tremendous patience and knowledge. They were our realtors. They were our teachers. Occasionally, they also had to be our therapists when we grieved our unsuccessful offers.
